Using Your Out-of-Network Insurance Benefits
Action Potential Psychological Services is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance directly. However, many clients receive 50% to 80% reimbursement for session costs if they have out-of-network benefits through a PPO plan.
How Reimbursement Works:
Automated Monthly Superbills: Through our clinical partnership with the Feeling Good Institute, we provide itemized monthly superbills (receipts with all required diagnostic codes) that you can submit directly to your insurance provider.
Hassle-Free Submission: Prefer not to deal with insurance paperwork? For a nominal fee, we can submit superbills directly to your insurance company on your behalf.
Check Your Benefits Instantly: Use our Mentaya Insurance Checker below to see if your plan qualifies for out-of-network reimbursement before your first appointment.
Medicare Policy Notice
Due to federal regulations, I am currently unable to provide private-pay psychological services to individuals enrolled in Medicare. If you have Medicare coverage, please let me know—I am happy to connect you with trusted colleagues at the Feeling Good Institute who are opted out of Medicare and can accept direct cash payment for care.
